Varrita is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and Reiki Master. She specializes in Therapeutic Thai Bodywork. Varrita has studied with many teachers and traveled to Thailand multiple times to study and practice with teachers from different traditions. Thai bodywork is a modality that is thousands of years old. It is done on the floor on top of a padded mat or table. The client wears comfortable clothes. Varrita works intuitively along the sen (energy) lines and uses an integration of muscular compression, pressure point therapy, gentle stretching, and joint mobility.

Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Thai bodywork is a great way to encourage balance in the body and nervous system. Varrita has experience working with many types of conditions. If you’re looking for stress relief, release of physical  tension,  support with recovery from injuries, surgeries, etc ., prenatal/postpartum care, or overall physical, mental, and emotional  well-being.
