Yoga is a beautiful multi faceted way of connecting to the mind, body and spirit.

A yoga private session is a great way to approach yoga from a completely personalized place. Each practice is tailored to the specific needs of the client at the moment of class. Varrita has a trauma informed approach, guiding her students to cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness and self compassion by connecting to the sensations of the body, the thoughts and emotions that may be associated with sensation, and being conscious of the breath. Varrita believes the practice of yoga can always be adapted to fit the needs of the practitioner. She has spent many years teaching people who are new to yoga, who are dealing with pain (chronic and acute), pre/post surgery, prenatal/ postpartum, anxiety and depression. Guiding others to find their personal expression of the practice is a passion.

You will begin each session with a check in and shift into a practice that is aligned for the needs of the practitioner at the moment. You practice asana with a focus on alignment (physical and energetic), breath work and meditation. 

60min session for 1-4  people.
