Somatic Reiki - 45mins

All that exists is energy. The more aware we are of our energy the more we can understand what is needed in the moment for the body and mind to be in balance. This session is a form of Integrated energy work that is great for chakra balancing, stress management, emotional balancing, mental clarity and pain management.

This modality is done on a table, the client wears comfortable clothing. Varrita holds space for the body to shift into a feeling of relaxation. This gives the body and nervous system the space to reorient, release energetic stagnation and tension.
