Primarily used for herbal tea and cosmetic purposes. Chamomile is recognized the world over as a traditional soothing, sleep-aiding herbal tea. It also has been historically used to soothe irritated or inflamed skin.
Tea: Steep 1 Tablespoon in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes
Infusions: Combine with carrier oil or honey
Aromatherapy: Add to water bath or potpourri
Tinctures: Soak in suitable medium for several weeks (faster with use of double boiler)
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
