Lemon balm has a gentle lemon scent and is in the mint family of plants. It is often used as an herbal tea for its purported antibacterial and antiviral properties, as well as for reducing stress and inducing sleep.
Tea: Steep 1 Tablespoon in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes
Infusions: Combine with carrier oil or honey
Aromatherapy: Add to water bath or potpourri
Tinctures: Soak in suitable medium for several weeks (faster with use of double boiler)
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
